個人化數位立體 熱轉印 熱披覆 設備為本公司最新研發完成. 完全顛覆傳統平面及固定曲面印刷之概念, 可將任何圖像印刷于各種不規則曲面且為立體包覆, 無數量之限制, 最適合少量多樣之商品。

The digital heat transfer and heat paste printing system is reasearched and developed finished newly by our company. The concept that subverts the traditional plate and regular curved surface printing method. It can print any picture on various kinds of irregular curved surface. There is no restriction of quantity, is most suitable for individual and small quantity products. .

Operation procedure :

1.將個人之照片或設計圖檔輸入電腦
1.Import the personal photo or the design drawing into the computer

2.在電腦上調整圖檔尺寸(視被印刷物尺寸而定).
2.Adjust Fig. size at computer (look at printed matter size and make).

3.將圖檔列印. (本公司提供特殊之墨水及膠膜紙張)
3.Will pursue the shelf to print. (Our company offers special ink and transfer film)


4.將列印出之膠膜與底紙分離
4.Separate the film from bottom paper


5.將膠膜與被印刷物置于本公司之熱轉印機KH-001中.
5.put the transfer film and the matter that you want to print into heat transfer printing machine KH-001.


6.啟動熱轉印機,四分鐘後取出物件, 撕去膠膜, 您所需要之圖案即可轉印至物件上. 若為熱披覆時, 不需撕去膠膜, 只要用刀片將多餘部分割除即可
6.Start the machine, 4 mins later, machine will stop. Take out the matter, tear the film, the pattern that you need can be transfered to the matter. If you do the heat paste product, you don't need to tear the film, just cut the rest parts with knife.
